Minimums, Shipping & Returns

Credit Terms:

We accept all Major credit cards for payment.

Our Factor is General Business Credi t in Los Angeles. All requests for Net terms need to be approved by the factor.

We ship via UPS, Fedex or USPS .

Shipping & Policies:

To open an account with us, we require a first time order of $300. Reorders are a minimum of $100.  Any reorders that are under $100 dollars will be subject to an additional $5.00 handling charge.

We ship FOB Diamond Bar, California.  Most items are in stock and ship within 72 hours of receipt. For rush orders please let us know.

All shortages and damages must be reported within 3 days of receipt of package. All returns  you will require a Return Authorization Number, and that number needs to apprear on the return package. Returns without RMA number will be refused. Credit or replacement of defective merchandise is applied on receipt of goods in our warehouse.
